IDEATION | Better known as concept development.We begin by getting to know you; who you are, what is important to you, the inspiration and ideas you have for the event experience. These are the foundational elements we use to create a detailed concept outline for your event.

STYLE & GUEST EXPERIENCE | The event style guide is the visual story board, showcasing all aesthetics for the event, elements to include and those to stay away from. Here we also outline a comprehensive guest experience touch point map, identifying guest engagement for each event moment. The style guide aids to keep design decisions on point and relevant to the desired outcome.

EVENT DESIGN BOOK | The complete design for the entire event, including all furniture, table tops, floral designs, floor plans, musical entertainment, artists activations, and more.

EVENT PARTNERS | Based on the Scope-of-Work we put together a team of event partners to engage all elements that will be part of the event. Çhantal Events draws from an ocean of talented event professionals, who are deeply in tune with their craftsmanship, as they are committed to providing the finest quality of work.

PLANNING & LOGISTICS | We keep a comprehensive planning book outlining all the different workflows, budget overviews, payment trackings and the nuts and bolts for all event logisitcs.

THE MOMENT OF TRUTH | The event day, or weekend, in its full reveal. The day to walk into the celebration with all you chose to share it with!
